Weather: 50s, pretty nice
Comments:
Ran the south loop around CGHS, then tried the new "trail" around the golf course.
The length along Coast Fork was nice, and had a bit of actual chip trail, which was great. However, once I got to 99 and over near the FROLF course, the "trail" was a paved bike/cart path that circumscribed the golf course, then looped underneath I-5 and popped out by Wal-Mart. From there I hopped on the crappy Row River "trail" (paved path) back into town, then to Anytime.
Good lift at Anytime, then back to work.
Though definitely TIRED, I didn't feel too trashed -- e.g., it didn't feel awful to run, just...tiring. Though difficult to articulate, there is a BIG DIFFERENCE.
New issue: R 1st phalanx (PIP) joint. It's been ornery all week, likely due to ditching the orthotics. Gotta keep an eye on that.
HAPPY 20TH PICO!!!! CANNOT believe he's 20. Sheesh.
