Got back to Silverton, hauled ass on my iRF, then got out around 4ish to try a Kendall.

The ankles...sucked. Here's a thought. Once again, I think it's my back:

• when my posture sucks:

A. not enough hip hinge (butt back)
B. not enough TLJ extension
(and C. not enough "flexion at LSJ)

I over-move (into extension, but also rotatoin) at LSJ, and thus irritate L5-S1. The acute feedback is a stiff post-run back, which is what happened on Saturday.

Ankles weren't super-stiff, but they hurt a lot. Made it to the 2.5-mile plateau, then I turned back. Deuced (BBQ) on the way down.

Bummer.
