Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
I held out hope that someone would invite me on a run today (reached out to Howie, Emily and Bryon, but no givers)
Midday:
• did a bunch of electronic/social media errands, starting to organize my "self-promotions" (key: my new linktree)
• designed and ordered some marketing/advertising things that will hopefully be here in time for HR100 week
• wrote more into my/Jules weekend "log". Loving this missive, mostly because of how funny it is
Time ticked away (and I was on my phone too much), until it was past 5. Then I did strength:
• abs (trying to do more lateral and rotational)
• push-ups (sore from the chest press!)
• split squat
• all 4's bent knee ext + arm swing
• banded rows (plank, kneeling)
• wall handstand (mini-)push-up, holds
That Jules was SO into my body (what can I say, I'm fuckin' ripped as ever right now) is motivating to do this work. :-)
