Comments:
Shirtless TdS, after weights

Felt GOOD. Not amazing (because no run at 9300' feels amazing), but better and better. Running has been so stiff, uncomfortable and outright painful for so long that my brain has nearly no appetite and drive for it.

These two-a-days, in particular, are helping me to:

• loosen up
• work on stride efficiency

such that runs are feeling good.

Barely sub 28-min on this, which is my fastest "easy" split.

Rest of the night:
• solo, no fire
• dinner and netflix
• belly visceral mob and meditation
• bed by 10
