Silverton Blue Ribbon 10K

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: a little damp and chilly at first, then warm!

Comments:
Such a cool course! Course looped around the perimeter of town, but a bigger - and cooler but way harder - version of my "Tds".

And a fair amount of climbing: on the north side at the base of Anvil, then counterdclockwise down to the river, THEN this painful loop in the ski area!

But, along the way, discovered a ton of in-town singletrack. Super-cool!

Took 5th. 3 guys - including Dakota - were legit fit, then the rest of us.

50 minute 10K, and worked my ass off!

Trunk taping helped a lot. I was SOLID in the frontal and transverse planes. A little reachy, still, in front, but not bad.

Ankles were almost totally pain-free.
