Comments:
Slept TERRIBLE last night, entirely due to eating/drinking too much/too late last night. When I dehydrate overnight (which happens worse when I eat/drink late), my skin gets dry and itchy -- making the rash/bites 10000000x worse. FUCK. I was wide awake at 0345 today.

Felt OK on the run and got back to do a circuit. Have to WORK today; not a bad trade, though, as I'm doing this so I can get off 2.5 days early in two weeks! :)

Gonna lift this afternoon. Might run, but I've got a 22 miler at 5000+ altitude staring me in the face for tomorrow...could probably DIETA 'til then...
