PRE/(Slightly Different) Fairmount + strides

Comments:
Slightly different Fairmount. Ran down Willamette, first.

This was excellent because of all the storefronts. Noticed two things:

1. Shitty trunk posture/hip hinge
2. Overreach stride

Worked those on the mile down to the title agency to sign the final papers to release Callie from the house, and refinance/pay her out.

Other that owe her a lot of money the next two years...it's all done.

From there, ran to PRE and around per usual, then toward Fairmount, but decided to run past Hayward. It was pretty walled-off.

Did strides. Felt decent!

PM: beers with a traveling PT in town, Justin. Met at Sam Bonds, then food at Tacovore.
