Midday TdS

July 19, 2022 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: mid 70s, but felt hotter

Comments:
Slept in today until 7:15. Treated three folks, did some "errands", then did my yoga routine before getting out for a run.

Feeling a lot more ambitious, so today's plan was to pre-add the west end of TdS before hopping on the HR course and that Animas Trail, as I did on Sunday. Then, inbound, tempo the 2.5 miles from the river crossing, back to town.

Felt weird in the morning, however: more out of breath while treating, for example.

Then, on the run, I felt...pretty bad! Just really tired and efforted.

If I get covid again, I'll be really annoyed.

Rest of the day: REST.

* PM strength (2+ good sets, even though I felt off)

Around 7:30, Jules called. We wound up on the phone for like 2.5 hours. Great, productive chat that got her excited about the next year (going for CFMT). We talked about the future, as well (though this is frustratingly vague and unable to concretely plan until she "Decides").

Ate too much chocolate (and napped too much) = up at 12:30. Got up, wrote, read, and didn't fall asleep again until 3!!! Yikes.
