Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I was at Kenyon for the weekend, so I decided to make use of the indoor track and do a workout. 4x1200 with 30 second recovery. 3:44, 3:48, 3:48, 3:45. I worked a lot hard than I thought I would have to to hit these times. The 5k at otterbein next week will be interesting.
