Comments:
Ran from PHS this morning: 1.5 miles warm-up up to the Overlook, then a few strides, then:
• lap at "tempo": 1:34-1:24
• lap at fast-rest: 1:52
Alternated leading, and super-consistent! Laps were a very gradual cut down:

Felt good! Glutes (upper sciatic) was tight, but otherwise pretty good!
Two-lap barefoot cooldown, then a quick coffee before BGD had to go.
