Exercise Type: Run
Weather: sunny but "coolish"!
Comments:
Weird, shitty day.
The not good:
• blew a ton of time online, not getting much done
• WAY too much time on socials and shit
• seemingly TWO packages were STOLEN from my porch today: one that was delivered Friday night that was for the office. I just let it sit there Saturday. This afternoon? GONE. Then, going online to Amazon...they delivered an office stool. Or didn't they? Also GONE.
• Just in a shitty, depressed mood. Anxious, overwhelmed, exhausted. Lost.
The good:
• slept in and slept pretty well
• got in a GOOD run
• did get a bunch of micro-errands done (including a lot of journal/r-logging)
• listened to a lot of "New Rules for Marriage", which was helpful
Solid run that I didn't leave on until well after 4. Drove down to the office (sick of the hill) and ran the Overlook/Canal, then finally found it. Should've known, but it was sneaky.
Ran it the entire length, then maybe another quarter-mile of road, then turned back.
Stride felt good, in particular:
1. Right pelvic extension (though the SIJ/lumbar was so, doing so)
2. Hip hinge and mobility
Last good thing:
• first day NOT 80+F being here! NOT hot!
