PHS "track coaching" BGD

October 21, 2022 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Worked 7-8a, then met BGD at PHS, so he could do Wednesday's workout.

I thought about doing some 200s, but:

A. I felt SUPER-stiff (nerve tension) today, and
B. the track was TEEMING with high schools in PE class.

He ran in lane 8 and still had to dodge a ton of kids lacksidaisically meandering on the track. He ran well, though! I only jogged...and generally felt like crap.

Rest of the day:
• home quick
• weights
• assembled kitchen table and chairs
• had to REFUSE delivery of my costco couches because the main sofa was WAY TOO BIG. F.

Then hustled to get to Fremont CA for the CBI course.
