Comments:
HEAVY-ass tempo.
Did my best. Warmed up, stretched, massaged...but barely enough. So fucking heavy. But I did it anyway to get in the training.
Did the bark loop, a full lap + 0.25. The paces were SLOW.
Miles: 6:30, 6:30, 6:40(!?!?!?!). Ridiculous.
Heavy cool-down.
Rest of the day:
• worked 7-1
• worked 3-6
• made the HUNT!
Something's definitely up with both my back/nerves, and hamstrings.
