Fremont: East Bay gravel road "grind"

Comments:
Ran just before sunrise. Tried to make it quality but I was really heavy, still.

Ran about 1.75 miles of road to some "trails" I found on Strava, hopped a fence, and ran.

Nice, peaceful run, but didn't feel very good. Was able to get down to 7:1x, but struggled in the last 2K. Ugh. The "tension" and stiffness!

Rest of the day:
• good day of class
• strength (light) at lunch
• good afternoon/eve of class, including some decent treatment done on me
