Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Weird day: schedule was jammed but (as with all holidays), people space-out and cancel/no-show like mad. I had a 1.5 hour gap this AM and I should've ran then, but I didn't think to 'til it was too late.
Due to a staff meeting, I could only run 6.5 today. Did the big PRE loop solo, then strides x4 in the Alton lot. Felt pretty strong, really working on knee EXT. Felt like I was flying, but I was "only" running 6:30 on the trail mush.
Checked out my form in the Oakway window reflections: STILL insufficient hip flexion! F! It feels like I'm eating my knee, yet I'm only getting what looks like 30 DEG of flexion. CRIPES.
What I NEED to do is get Christy's camera + tripod and set up the TV by the treadmill and watch the form in REAL TIME. Seriously.
The stride IS feeling the best ever, but it's not good enough...
