Almost didn't go to Sunnyvale. Retrospect (fall 2022): I wish I hadn't.
Jules texted with second thoughts, again. This time: "Zack can see my iPhone location!"
Geez.
But her point: she felt guilty spending time with me "so soon" after the formal break-up.
Of course, I freaked out. I got upset, defensive and insecure. Stupid.
But the points I DID have: if she didn't want to spend time with me THIS weekend, why is NEXT weekend perfectly fine?
She didn't want me to come; I was upset, so I cancelled both the airbnb on the coast AND my flight...
...but a few hours later, I rebooked, my flight.
My rationale: "I need to be there for her, as I always said I would..."
I believed that, AND I tried to just be her friend.
But in reality: I "needed" to be there... #SMH
