Comments:
COLD again this morning: below zero. No run, just weights and sanua.
Rest of the AM: worked on Aneta, some with Gabe, then a bunch, solo.
She asked about Jules. Then, when I began to fill her in, she mentioned that (based on IG stuff I can no longer see), that's she's back with Zack.
Mixed, but strong, emotions:
• Disappointment. I thought maybe she'd not go back to someone that's so absolutely pathetic and beta (or at least false-alpha). Because of that, I'm more confident than ever that it will NEVER work for her.
• Relief. Because I'm confident in what she needs (/all women need) in a relationship, there's relief in knowing that she's going to try - AGAIN - and, if I'm right, be disappointed (if not moderately hurt), AGAIN. He won't change. It's going to be the same, insecure, controlling shit.
Either way, Saturday afternoon was kind of tough... Why is she SO hard to get over??
