2CD indoors, stretch, pushups, abs

all times estimated; legs were kinda sore from the tempo but this was relatively easy. just because i can run a quicker 200 than the other 3k/5k guys does not mean I can be an 800 runner. Spartan Relay 3k = EthanT, CWade, Ben, Grese, me, maybe more; no Ontko, Cromer, EthanK.
