BUSY rest of the day:

• back to Sisters in time to unpack and start laundry
• treated two clients (including a new one!)


Time enough to drive home and pack up for yoga.

Thought I had a ton of time, but the roads went to shit with freezing rain! I was 2-3 min late, but at least I didn't lose my temper.

GOOD class. But Francesca was...distracted: goofed R & L a couple times, and lost the sequence a couple times, too! Must be stressed!

No Jen (claims "next week") or Fran. Just B and I...and hardly anyone else! But a good time, per usual. Home at a reasonable hour and the roads were OK.
