WU 2mi outdoors, strides drills etc.
16:00.5 5k, no idea on splits
CD 5mi indoors, 4*50 strides to finish, stretch, abs, pushups
last week I knew I would need an above average race to snag 3rd place. well today was just average again and I finished 4 seconds behind Dario for 4th. 5 more weeks for high mileage to catch up with my legs before indoors UAAs. The Obelisk is ours though, and even better, men's score Case-64 CMU-63
