Weather: nearly 60, sunny
Comments:
Ran Jeff's loop, pretty fast, all the way back to the clinic, picked up some water, then did the whole PRE loop. VERY NICE OUT.
Focused on LUMBAR LORDOSIS today: apparently I've totally lost this. Talking to Reneau yesterday reminded me of the importance of this. Not only did my back/leg pain improve, but it FELT FAST.
Another thing to think about... :s
