WU 2mi to MLK, pit-stop @ Quizno's
3*2mi @ 5:20-5:30 w/ Cromer & Ontko; 11:03 (5:32, 5:31), 10:56 (5:28, 5:28), 12:00 (5:30, 6:30).
CD 1mi to Veale, stretch, 8*abs, planks
Obviously, the wheels came off during the 6th mile. I ended up recovering the first 800 and then kicking it back up to tempo for the second 800 of the last mile. This wasn't a terrible workout, though I would have been very pleased if I could have stuck with Cromer. kinda behind the 8 ball on weekly mileage
