Weather: rainy, cool

Comments:
The rain returned today, after nearly a week of dryness. Steady mist most the run.

Thought about doing 4x200 at the track today, but after doing 14 of them on Friday, then being wiped out from the 18-miler on Sat, I figured EASY would be the way to go.

The woods loop is pretty OK: it's just too bad it's not a touch longer AND flatter. If so, I could see myself doing that for 9 or 10 miles straight. Did x3 then kept on my way.

Pretty DAMN TIRED today: and of course, my solution to that is to run faster. :| Grinded this run much more than I should have.

Reluctantly lifted after work again tonight...another long day.
