9*600 progressively getting faster from 1:52 to 1:48 for 1-7, then 1:41, then 1:36.
CD indoors.
this workout probably would have been easy if I had slept at all last night. with that being said, it still wasn't overly taxing. Robert and I traded leading from 1-7. Then Cali Paul pushed me to a 1:41 for the eighth and Grogan pushed me to a 1:36 for the ninth. I wish I had that kind of unlosing spirit during a race; definitely something to work on.
