Ran @ penn state's indoor facility here with my wife.  Man, it is super cool I started on the track dong 400's and then some people told me the indoor facility was open so I ran there instead.  It was super cool.  I feel terrible for some reason, but running was pretty great anyway.  Had a 2 1/2 mile warmup and cool down.  Started @ 80 second pace and finished the last 5 or so @ 68 pace or faster.  Was an Ok workout after I got the bugs out of my legs.
