I really had to fight through this one because my legs were shot from yesterdays jog with Brent. took 1:30 between 800 and 2 minute between 400. 2:20, 2:23, 2:22, 2:20. 67, 66, 65. There was still some snow on the tack on one of the turns which probably added a second to my 800s. My legs felt like bricks after 200 meters of every interval. No more fast long runs until after NC
