Comments:
Rested maybe 15min after getting back from CG; had some water and a couple snacks, then hit the road.

Felt CLUNKY at first, but the legs came around on the way to Dorris. The trails were in pretty good condition on account that it went maybe 3-4 days w/out rain. Pretty good footing. Did 3 loops on the "two mile" (more like 1.6), then home.

Worked really hard on: "back arch", "pull" and "lean forward".

Last night Matt said he did the track workout with the CGHSers and did a 300m in 46. That really pissed me off, because I KNOW I can't run one that fast right now. Why TF not?? Super annoying...
