Comments:
Ran with Clint. We started at 9:00am and ran in the cold rain. 1:41, 1:39, 1:39, 1:39, 1:37. 3 minute jogging recovery. Ran in pants and felt pretty good. Really worked the back stretch where the wind made it tough. Closed my last 400 around 63. Legs felt better than last week although my feet were cold because they got wet.
