Comments:
I have been icing my foot for 15 minutes every hour when I have the chance, and it is really starting to feel a lot better. I thought it might have been a stress fracture in the metatarsal at first, but it turned out to be just a little tendon thing, and it looks like I should be fine. Still a bit sore after the run, but definitely way better than Sun or Mon.
