Went for a little slog after work, and after prepping for my in-service talk I'm giving tomorrow. While typing it up, I noticed my knee hurt in sitting -- a BAD sign, as that's how my knee used to hurt.

Didn't feel much better on the run. It wasn't terrible, but I felt it -- just like I used to. FUCK. Son of a bitch.

Went to Hayward to do drill -- felt fine during drills, despite the excessive knee flexion activities. Ran pretty easy the rest of the run after that and I felt it; not as bad as it used to be, but the fact that it even exists really pisses me off.

I really hope it's simply a combo of tight/trashed lateral quad muscles + the bad fall I took Sunday. I stick'd/massaged the quad and patellar tendon area a lot after the run and iced twice -- I hope this, plus a bit of rest, will knock it out again. Goddamn it.
