Comments:
Ran easy with Jeff on the I-5 loop. Felt pretty good...til about halfway through when my R calf felt about to cramp. Stopped to stretch it but it only helped a little bit. We slowed a bit and ran back to work.
F. Rolled the hell out of the calf on the foam roll over lunch. Ice massaged the shit out of it in the PM.
Verdict: goddamn lumbar derangement. AGAIN. From sitting in that course all weekend. My legs felt weird on Sunday's run -- I should've known...

No other running today; didn't even wanna try it. This is annoying, since I'm out 8-10 miles for today. We'll see what happens tomorrow...
