Wanted to get some speed since i'm running 1500/800 on Sat. 2.5 minute between the 400s(they were actually a little longer because I started from the 200 stagger-probably less than a second)64, 65, 66, 66. 30 second rest for frst 4 200 with 1 minute for the last 4. 32, 32, 32, 32, 31, 30, 30, 29. The 400s felt horrible. My whole body was stiff and I was worried about being hit by lacross balls the entire workout. Felt better on the 200s. This 15 should be interesteding on saturday.
