Veale, out-n-back on NP to Shelburne w/ Tim & Grese, then 4 barefoot strides on Van Horn w/ Grese. stretch, abs, iced left achilles.
not getting better not getting worse. we'll see how playing in the steeple water goes tomorrow.
also, I found out at Fribley that getting up for ice cream makes the North Loop appear immediately.
