Good run, then a weird knee pain. Hope it gets better soon. I might take a couple of days on the bike to recover. The run was just what i needed to get ready for the coming school weeks. I don't know how other people survive without running to break up the monotony of the day. Can't wait to see everyone monday, and have a great rest of break!
