Comments:
4:13. My legs just were not there. I couldn't get them moving on the final two laps. It was also really windy. Went out slow in 2:15. I think I have come to conclusion that the workouts needed to run well in the 5k are very different than the 1500. Speed work everyweek will help you in shorter races, but is not necessary for the 5k.
