It was stupidly hot today. We were on the track for 6x800, with the odd ones over barriers. For some reason though coach decided it would be a good idea to put the barriers out in the outside two lanes of the track on the backstretch, which had to add about 3 seconds per 800. So all things considered, it was a super hard workout. But I'm pretty sure the use of the Naptown Striders singlet helped me run a little quicker. We did a grass mile barefoot after it all.
