3rd in our heat of 12, apparently I can run 350 meters, eat a full burrito, and run 350 meters in 3:28.xx. That has to be an NCAA provisional mark.
mileage is to top of the hill from Clarke, another little warmup, my two laps, and cooldown back to Clarke
