Weather: 60s, sunny and breezy
Comments:
Took "Uncle Billy" running, in prep for middle school cc, which begins in about nine days.
We did 2 minutes on, 1 minute off for this run going east on Ely Lake Dr, then down a short dirt road/double track, then back. Billy did a really good job for not running for all summer. We did a total of 24 minutes running, good for 2.5 miles.
My legs felt a ton better; they should, for running near 10-min pace, but I'm hoping they're just loosening from the long drive!!!
