Comments:
Woke up at the usual time, but hauled ass and got to work at 0630. Ran an easy 5, though it still didn't feel real easy. Focused EVEN MORE on form: push-pull, but with neutral/lordotic lumbar spine. Given my lingering soreness, it's not easy to run that "well".

Despite that, I felt pretty good on the trail. It's just great to get in a little AM run. The weather was just "OK" enough to still enjoy it. Harder rain or wind would've SUCKED.

MIGHT bike today, but the weather is supposed to suck. I may try at noon or after work.
