Comments:
Had a 730 appt, then a TWO-HOUR GAP 'til my next one, so I went for an easy run.
Felt pretty good; kept it easy. Stride felt good, long and efficient -- better and better, seemingly.
Will bike and lift over lunch; hope the weather holds...
