Sheldon Track Session w/Matt

Weather: high 50s, meh

Comments:
Worked 'til noon but waited 'til 545 to run with Matt. In the mean time, I packed up shit for the bike ride and did some other stuff around the office.

By the time he got home I was pretty damn tired, but we rolled anyway. Did the same warm-up, then did basically the same workout as last time: repeat 300s.

Did 3x300s, took a lap rest then did some more. After the first 3, Matt had to stop and adjust his sock due to a blister. Rather than wait, I did one solo, then another 3 with him.

The splits (roughly):

55, 54, 54
(53), 54, 54, 53

We were both TIRED. The effort was more labored for Matt this week, but he still did quite well. We cut the workout after that, especially in light of the big ride tomorrow.

Did 3 infield loops barefoot, which felt pretty good. Interestingly, my mechanics didn't change much -- which is what I suspected, given the positive changes to my stride this year.

Hung out at B's that night. :)
