Comments:
I felt tight in the hamstrings before the race, probably due to the Wed. hill workout. The race started well... 5:31 first mile... but I definetly fell apart near the 5k mark. It was a very tough race, running 2 more miles than I'm used to. I think I'll go out slower. Having Dave and Robert in the beginning helped keep me focus... but when Robert and Tim Smith took off I think I started to wane. Final Time: 28:58. Not bad but I know I can do better.
