Weather: hot and sunny

Comments:
Did an extremely easy recovery run with the team. It was an out and back, starting from the locker room to the Kingston side of the towpath. The first half was in 25:22. We came back slightly faster in 24:01. It feels awesome to be running with other people. After the run, we did a short strength circuit.
