Comments:
I felt pretty good today. Our workout was insane though. We had a six mile tempo run and my group's tempo was 5:40 - 5:50 miles. I think I started to fall apart after the fourth mile, that is also when Mark and Robert took off. We didn't finish as a group however this week's workout was obviously much tougher than last monday's. Final time for the 6 mile tempo was 35:14. I felt some nasty blisters on the bottom of my right foot on the way to the track. I decided that there was no point riping them open. I think they started after Saturday's meet
