BUSY AS HELL first day at EPT Oak Street, so all I did was run down to the SEHS track, do some 200s, then come back.
SLOWWWW today. Sheesh! The 200s: 32, 33, 33, 33. Honestly, I could NOT go faster. WTF? This SUCKS. The turnover FELT fast, but who knows??
