River path "minutes" tempo

Comments:
Was gonna do a track session w/Matt today, but he didn't get home in time, so we did a "minutes" workout on the river path: 1-1-2-2-3-3-2-2-1, with the first interval at 5:40 to 6:00 and the 2nd "cruise" interval around 6:30. Matt did pretty awesome.

NICE WEATHER: low 60s and sunny!
