Comments:
Did the tempo along the river path today; I'm DONE doing it on the soggy, uneven, shitty wood chip. Why, if I'm not racing on that shit?
Did a warm-up on PRE, then started just E of Alton Baker, for 2 mi on the N side, then across the VRC bridge for another mi on the S side.
Splits: 5:32, 5:40, 5:33. Felt pretty good, but definitely not "EASY".
