Comments:
5:50pm; WU to MLK and some extra on MLK while waiting for Dan.
6 mile steady state w/ Tim & Chi-Chris, partly with Dan Janini. didn't have a watch, but Tim's splits - 5:53, 5:50, 5:41, 5:45, 5:48, 5:49 or something like that.
CD to House 6 w/ Chi-Chris, partly with Tim.
the second half of the third mile (and subsequently the first half of the fourth mile) might be short, since we were going by the red mile marks until we turned around at the white 3 mile mark. at most, this steady state would have still been under 35:00. I started to feel it in the fifth mile, and I was exiting steady state intensity in the 6th mile. still, this is solid for skipping both 5 mile steady states the past two weeks. right hamstring tight on the cooldown, probably just used my right leg primarily at work today and lifted too much with it.
