Trying out a long run

Comments:
UGH! Foot hurt it was hot. Had to stop a couple times. Heart rate under 160 which was ideal but never eating a cliff bar during a run like that again. Long runs with people preferably. Knee hurt from frisbee and foot hurt from my new shoes.
