Up early but didn't get out to run 'til 11.  Ran with Matt, who's been laid up with tib anterior soreoness for nearly a week.
Felt pretty good; the best I've felt in over a week, that's for sure.  Still moderate soreness at the bruise site, but the knee's a ton better. Did a lot of stretching before and after.
